Gestational Diabetes test update...

...got the call from my doctor and unfortunately my levels came back too high and I have to take the 3 hour test on Tuesday. :( What a way to start my birthday week! The doctor also said my iron levels are low so I need to up my iron intake! Guess I will be hitting the dark greens! :) Anyways that is all for now I will update on or around Tuesday with my latest test results, keep your fingers crossed for me!

Gestational Diabetes Test...

So I did my gestational diabetes test today. In which I was/am super nervous about. I had a weird reaction to the test like sweating profusely and for a few hours after was very dizzy and felt weak. NOT A GOOD SIGN!! Or at least I don't think so. My mom, being the very blunt person she is simply said, "I think you failed". Great! The phlebotomist said I should have the results by tomorrow, Monday at the absolute latest. So lets keep our fingers crossed!
